How to Remove the Battery
If you have a battery identified as model 554050 with the markings of batch 2136:
- Please attach a photo of your battery
- Fill out the form so we can send you a replacement battery
- Do not dispose of your current battery. You will need a photo of the battery to submit your claim.
- Continue to use the zooby as a wired baby monitor until you receive your replacement battery.
